Partnership based visa are issued by Immigration based on the relationship. You must be able to show us that you and your partner are living together in a genuine and stable relationship.
Evidence of your relationship needs to show that:
- others recognise your relationship
- you make decisions and plans together
- you spend leisure time together, and
- you parent together, if you have children.
